James has been a Partner of Oxford Metrica in South Korea since 2021. He has over three decades of experience advising corporates across Asia and global capital markets on corporate strategy and capital structure. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Korean-listed company Netwave, leading capital markets entry strategies and corporate finance structuring initiatives. In 1997, early in his career, James joined Korea-based telecommunications firm ICN Telecom, where he began focusing on capital markets and strategic finance initiatives. He later served as the Executive Director of SeJoong Group in Korea, overseeing the group's corporate strategy and strategic finance.
