Sophia has been a Partner of Oxford Metrica in South Korea since 2022. Over the past decade, she has led an independent advisory practice, advising major corporations and public institutions on international strategy, capital planning and strategic implementation. Sophia began her career in international communications and digital diplomacy at the U.S. Embassy in Seoul before moving into international corporate and advisory roles where she contributed to financial strategy formulation and cross-border execution.
